Dipping Line Glove Processing
Project Description

This project has totally 9 lines for glove dipping processing. The system was designed using Allen- Bradley Dual redundant media, ControlNet protocol, as control level communication and DeviceNet network as device level communication for assuring reliability and performance of the system. Each production line PLC controls totally 32 PID loops which are consisted of 17 temperature control loops for oven, 15 temperature control loops for chemical tank, and 5 level control loops.In operation, an operator can change formula, control starting and stopping of each device, monitor the state of each section of process and do data logging and reporting for planning and analysis in the future.

SCADA System for Water Distribution
Project Description
East Water was using SCADA system to manage its resources and facilities in order to maximize the profitability and minimize their investment cost. In term of water supply system, they manage the pumping by balancing the supply and demand and also apply power management to minimize the energy cost. For the demand side, they use Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) to support the customer in billing system and customer can view their usage of water at any time. This systemused fiber optic for communication and back up for communication by radio.
The fiber optic multiplexer can integrated the voice (PBX), data (LAN), video CCTV), and SCADA signal over the fiber optic
